Customer Review: Great Camera
I’ve worked with a cannon powershot point and shoot and love this camera even better. Yes it is more bulky cause it doesn’t fit in my pocket but takes better pictures. It is not large by any means it just doesn’t fit into your pocket like a point and shoot. You take this camera because you want to take pictures not for just incase you want to. A friend of mine says the pictures are too clear because of the great detail in them. We took it to Disney land and it did a wonderful job with action photos with the parade and kids running around to still shots of my kids posing. I highly recomend this camera to anyone and it is true that once you get it you get addicted to taking pictures. I bought a 4gb memory which held 886 pictures of the very best resolutions.
Customer Review: great for those looking for a little more
Great camera for those looking to leap into photography in a more serious way or just take better pictures. This was my first SLR. It’s simple enough and easy enough to use (and has good enough auto settings) that my wife, who only likes to point and shoot, can use it and be happy. It’s light enough I can take it everywhere, even snowshoeing up the continental divide (didn’t even slow the battery or performance a bit). Lots of room to grow and customize (I’m using the program setting pretty much exclusively now, very useful). Not very expensive, either. Very comfortable to use (for me, at least). No exposure issues, and exposure is pretty easy to control. Good camera for someone who doesn’t quite know what they’re doing or for someone who knows exactly what they want. The silver looks cool, in my opinion.
