Customer Review: Not worth the price
I bought this bag a few months because it looks very sturdy and well padded. Unfortunately the straps are not sewn in well and within a few weeks began to rip. I bought this at another store and they would not return it. I then tried to get it repaired but only partially was covered because they felt it was normal wear and tear. I got a friend to somehow sew it together and it held up nicely for a while. Unfortunately today the handle simply broke. This is a very nice looking bag but its definitely not for daily use. I have a 15″ notebook and can only fit one other small book along with the laptop. This on top of the shoddy strap and handle make it not worth the price. Look elsewhere for a bag with metal straps that are well designed if you need a bag for daily use.
Customer Review: Rejected by 2 in the family
Bought this bag for my daugter for college. She used it for a bit then went back to an old bag. I carried it briefly and also went back to another bag. The flap is floppy. The bag is heavy. Just didn’t suit either of us.
