I have had this telephone for years. This is the best cordless telephone I ever owned. The reception is great, the sound is very clear on the handset and the speaker. I would not trade this phone unless I could not find another handset compatable to this phone. I need an additional handset and this is why I am in search of one at this point. I have not had any problems at all with this phone.

This was easy to set up, and the digital phone eliminates the annoying static we used to get with our old cordless phones. Satellite phones require only one base unit that is hard wired, and makes placement of extra phones very convenient. I also like the feature that allows naming of each handset so you know where it came from when someone lays it down other than in the charger. I am very satisfied with this product.

I absolutely LOVE this!! I saved so much money rather than buying the apple one, and I love the black! I have had NO problems with this, it does not slip or slide off, and my nano is well protected with the straps, I liked this one better than some of the other because not only does it have the strap that goes around your arm, but it has a flap that snaps over the top of your ipod as well. Love it!

Received the two EP590-3 as ordered in a timely manner. However within 3 weeks one of them quit working. The ear piece sound does not work. Called ATT and they did a diagnosis and determined it needed to be shipped back to ATT for a repair or replacement. Cost $8.00 to ship it back.
