Customer Review: Low volume but good range
Another reviewer said that this headset has low volume, yet he gave it four stars. I agree that the earpiece volume can’t be turned up loud enough. Since hearing the other party is a basic requirement of a headset, I’m giving it only three stars. I can hear most callers okay (that’s why I didn’t give it a lower score), but I attend quite a few meetings where other people are in a conference room using a (high quality) speaker phone, and this headset doesn’t quite get the job done in those situations. I have a wireless Panasonic phone system with speaker phones on the handsets and I can hear great with those speaker phones, but not with this headset.
