This product is quiet, low heat output and has a small footprint. The only thing I would improve on this is the seek time. It could be a bit faster. But, for the money, this is an excellent buy.

I originally ordered a six foot cable and when I came to my senses I was able to change the order easily. Shipping was fairly quick as well. I only had to wait about five days.

This unit is an amazing GPS reciever, it will aquire sattelites even sitting indoors. This will replace my last garmin which was a very good entry level device, but would lose signal occasionally when under the canopy of trees while 4-wheeling. I would recomend this GPS handheld to anyone who hikes, offroads, hunts, geocaches, or just plain travels.

You can’t tell this isn’t a brand new unit. It even has the warranty. It keeps a lock even in deep woods. The maps are a big help but wouldn’t be necessary if people would give parking co-ordinates! My only complaint about this unit is that the SP card falls out when I change batteries.

Mine plays OK, but I hear “click” continuesly - multiple times in a second. It seems to me this comes from the rotors/wheels. Also the product is different than pcitures - wire is straight , not coil type.

SOON AS I PUT THIS ONE IN, THE TAPE STOPPED AND SAID ERROR THEN I KEPT PUTTING IT BACK IN AND I GOT REAL LOW SCRATCHY SOUNDS THEN ANOTHER TAPE ERROR SO I COULDNT EVEN GET MORE THEN 5 SECONDS OF STATIC TO COME OUT OF THIS THING. THERES A REASON WHY THIS PRODUCT WAS SOLD FOR 1 CENT AND I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. DONT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
